NEJC Orchestra Album Release Celebration
Join the New England Jazz Collaborative for a special celebration of Tributaries, the NEJC Orchestra’s debut album, out this summer on ACP Records. Featuring the all-star NEJC Orchestra, the program draws on influences ranging from classic New Orleans swing to Third Stream fusion, West African highlife, and more. The evening will include a pre-show lobby reception with live music, complimentary light bites and a cash bar.

NEJC Orchestra
The NEJC Orchestra brings together composers and musicians to develop, perform and document original music, including the six pieces by four composers featured on Tributaries.
Since its founding in 2021, NEJC has directly supported the creation of more than 30 new works through concerts, recordings and commissioning projects.
New England Jazz Collaborative is an artist-run nonprofit collective dedicated to commissioning, presenting and documenting new music by a diverse group of living composers, and to expanding the audience for jazz and related genres.
NEJC’s programs have been featured in The Boston Globe, Boston Magazine and on WBUR’s Morning Edition, and have received support from the National Park Service, Eastern Bank, Cambridge Community Foundation and Mass Cultural Council.
